Proposed Community
Erickson Senior Living is considering the development of a new CCRC in the Boynton Beach area. This community would offer well-appointed independent living apartments and a range of services and campus amenities including multiple dining venues, a pool & fitness center, an on-site medical center, art studios, classrooms and more. Additional levels of care would be available on-site. The proposed site is located on the south side of Boynton Beach Boulevard between the Turnpike and Acme Dairy Road.
Examples of Erickson Senior Living Communities
Naples, Florida
Siena Lakes, Erickson Senior Living’s newest community, has 355 residences on a 29-acre campus. Apartment homes feature customizable, stylish, one-level floor plans with outdoor lanais. The community showcases Tuscan-influenced architecture, multiple lakes, and a wealth of amenities that are in step with the quintessential Florida lifestyle. Due to the robust demand for apartment homes at Siena Lakes, a pre-planned second phase is now underway.
Ashburn, Virginia
Ashby Ponds is situated on 132 acres in northern Virginia and has more than 1,675 residents. It is one of Erickson Senior Living’s largest communities and has embarked upon several expansion projects since opening. In 2021, Ashby Ponds opened new fitness and aquatics centers, a pickleball court, and dining venues. Along with its Northern Virginia sister community, Greenspring Village, Ashby Ponds is regularly ranked as one of the best senior living communities in the country.
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
Devonshire opened in 1999 on 26 acres within the luxurious PGA National. It has 324 independent living apartment homes and 68 assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care residences. Amenities include valet services, concierge and premier dining. A multi-phase renovation is underway for skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care, as well as resident amenity space at Chatsworth, the community’s designated continuing care neighborhood.
